5 month old sleep - NEXT 2 me advice

Hi all
My baby girl is 5 months old and she is amazing at going to sleep in her next to me at about 7pm. However, she won't settle if her snuz pod is not inside the next to me as she likes to feel cocooned.
I know she shouldn't sleep in it all night (which she isn't btw as she then Co sleeps!!!🤦🏼‍♀️)
I need help and advice on
: how can I remove the snuz pod from her next to me whilst she's asleep
: she wakes up at around 1am to come in to the bed with me - is this because she can sense I'm there???
: how to transition her to cot eventually in a months time

Any advice or help would be amazing but please don't judge as I have no where else I feel I can go.

Next to me and snuz pod are 2 brands of bedside cots so what do you mean?

Sorry I meant a purflo. So that it fits inside the next to me

can you use a rolled up blanket to “snuggle” her and then gradually make it looser and looser until she can sleep without.

i would say swaddle her but this isn’t advised once they can roll which I think a 5month old probably can.

Ooo I'll have to give that a go!! I can only try and see if that helps!

I've never been able to swaddle her as she likes to have her arms free. But I'm finding as she is in her purflo she is restricted on stretching out. But the minute I remove it she can't seem to settle!

Thank you x
