4 month old cat napper

Hi,
I've seen a lot of variations on 4 month sleep schedules but I can't find a thread on what I'm currently experiencing so hope someone out there has some suggestions...
LO is 4 months old. Sleeps pretty well at night, sleep at half 7, dream feed 10, wake about 3 for another feed, up at 6:30.
Problem is daytime naps...
I follow the 2 hour (sometimes shorter if hes grumpy)wake windows however he will only nap being held and sometimes he's only asleep for less than 10 mins and then he's awake for his next 2 hour cycle.
He will sleep in the pram for longer so usually has 1 longer sleep in the day of 45mins - 1hour but even that's not ideal.
Any ideas? Anyone experiencing the same?

Both my children were cat nappers. They would only sleep for more than 30 mins if I held them - was especially bad around 4 months. It passed for both of them!

I have a 4 month old too who has been sleeping through 8pm-6am which a dream...
But started to show signs of teething and now stirring in the night around 2/3am and last two nights fed at 3am and back to sleep till 6.30/7am
Hoping he will get back to sleeping through with no feeds asap!!!

He naps 30 mins in the morning then another two one hour naps in the day.. my first used to have a full 2 hours at least twice a day so this is a shock that this one doesn't nap as much!
Was going to move him into his own room at 5 months as was sleeping through but think we will hold on

Completely normal for this age. Mine only napped on me (baby carrier or on the sofa), or in the pram for like 9 months, and his naps didn't start lengthening until he dropped to two at 6 months. 1 hour is fabulous for 4 months!
