DD is 4 months old, so we are well in regression territory. She slept pretty well during month 3, but in the last couple of weeks has been waking every hour or less. Im exhausted to say the least!
I dont know whether I'm over thinking it or whether this is standard sleep regression behaviour, but when she wakes it seems like she's waking due to discomfort - pulling her legs up to her chest, squirming, crying out and grunting rather than proper hungry cries. If I leave her she does eventually go to full blown crying, so she cant get her self back to sleep. I end up having to feed her to sleep or use a dummy, which she doesnt always take.
Could it be something digestion related causing her problems? Or is this just regression?
Shes combi fed - she has had 1 formula feed since about 8 weeks, and then I have upped this to 2 formula feeds in the last week or so.
Also for context, she naps pretty well during the day (with a dummy).
