5 month old sleep

Just looking to see what’s normal/okay sleep wise for a 5 month old?

My boy can nap for nearly 2 hours and wake up crying and falling back asleep. It’s nearly every nap everyday.

He probably sleeps on average 16 hours out of 24 hours.

Is this normal that he’s so exhausted all the time? Constantly upset and wanting to sleep still at 5 months?

Thanks from a always worrying mum 😂 xx

Hi OP, I’m so sorry I have no advice, I’m following though as my 6mo is similar. He just seems constantly tired, I’m lost. On waking up from naps he’s always yawning up until the next one. I genuinely haven’t a clue what I’m doing 😆😩

Sorry you’re experiencing the Same issue! I was trief changing my sons sleeping pattern hoping that could help but we failed 😂

Hopefully some babies just need extra sleep but not sure when he will adapt.
