Baby sleep

before I start I know no 2 babies are the same but sometimes similar so no judgement please.
My little one is nearly 8 weeks old- formula fed every 3-4 hours and takes 4-6 ounces!
We tend to have been in a rhythm of feeding times and knowing roughly when naps are due.
However looking for anyone similar or helpful advice on 2 things-
Last bottle is around 10pm but recently I have had to wake her for this feed and she is 9x out of 10 not interested and takes one ounce maybe 2 at a push then will happily go down in her next to me crib and sleeps 5ish hours somethings less sometimes more if we co-sleep part of it if she becomes grizzly through the night but isn’t hungry (last night she slept 10-4am 3 hours were co slept!) I’m not sure my body will allow for a later bedtime I’m just exhausted! But I’m thinking if I move it later(just suck it up) maybe she will sleep through or if I put her to bed after her 7pm bottle will she wake as soon as I drift off to sleep…..
also naps are strange at the minute- she suddenly won’t nap longer then 15 mins in her next to me crib (the exact same bed she sleeps in at night) try re settling her but doesn’t work she just cries her heart out, so naps are literally in the car, buggy or on me (which of course last the longest)
any tips or advice welcome

My kids had bath and PJ's before 7/8pm feed. They stayed in the living room with us (TV low, side light) until they dropped their next feed. Once the 10/11pm feed was dropped we fed them, then we put them upstairs in our room until they went in the nursery at 6months. At 6 months bedtime feed was done in the nursery
