3 month old restless at night

Wondering if this is regression or something else...
LO used to sleep pretty well at night waking for one feed about 3:30am (6 hours after last feed). The last few nights he will go down for the first few hours but is now getting extremely restless. After a feed he'll settle for 2/3 hours roughly and then become restless again and eventually wake up. Any ideas? Thanks

Yes I think the 4 month sleep regression can start fromm as early as 13 weeks I'm currently going through the same with my 15 week old

Ah I've been dreading this! If it's stays at restlessness though I can cope with that...
