My three year old ditched his dummies the other day (he only had them for nighttime sleep). It’s only a couple of nights inn but his dealt with the change really well and gets to sleep okay. However he has been waking up at 530.

I know it’s still very early stages so maybe it will all settle out soon and be back to normal wake up time (7ish) but just wondered if anyone had any tips that worked for them? I can handle 6am but 530 is something else!

It could be a lot worse tbh as you'll see in this forum - so long as from is kept dark in the first couple hours he'll eventually sleep in. The clocks go forward in a couple weeks, perhaps use that to your advantage.

3 years old is very old to have a dummy, particular for dental reasons, so you were right to get rid.
