Between 3-6 months my baby would only nap for 30 mins, then she started doing a nice long 1.5 hour one in the morning, however about a week ago they stopped - she’s back to 30 min and is now waking at 5am :(
This means our day looks like -
5am wake
8-8:30 nap
11:45-12:15 nap
3:30 - 4:00 nap
7:00 bedtime (but often doesn’t fall asleep until 7:30)
Will dropping her to 2 naps help lengthen them? She self settles quickly with dummy and white noise and at bedtime sleeps straight through.. just no idea where to begin. She does 30 min regardless of being in the pram, car, cot.. only place she will do longer is on me but she starts nursery in 4 weeks so we’ve stopped that.
