My 2yo is usually a fab sleeper with the exception of the odd night if they're poorly or has a cough.
The past week, he's not been napping as much which is fine and it gets to wind down time and he has his supper, shower and we watch an episode of his fave TV show whilst getting dry/pyjamaed (we've done this for the last year with no issues) but when he's had his milk it's like he wakes up again, he's jumping on the bed, talking, wanting to play under the covers and it's so cute and I just want to play but I try ignore him (even when he's being hilarious) as I don't want him to think this is his new routine. He's taking an extra bottle of milk and over an hour to settle whereas it used to be milk, few cuddles and out like a light.
A couple of friends have noticed the same with their kids, could it be something in the air like the pressure? Or even as spooky as to suggest the northern lights causing this disruption.
