Five week old only congested at night

Hello,
im not sure why but my five week old has been very congested at night. It doesn’t happen during the day or when he first goes to bed, it’s after a while he becomes very congested! How can I help him? I used the saline drops last night and the nose sucker but he doesn’t really have any snot or anything.
desperate to help him I’m just not sure how.

I remember my youngest being a bit like this. We propped the head end of the cot up on a couple of books and that seemed to alleviate the snuffling somewhat...
