Help creating a routine?

Id like to start getting my 4 month old into a routine, the problem im having is that we do different things each day. If someone could help me figure something out that would be amazing.

Were up at about 6.30 each morning and have a bottle, so thats the start of the day.
Monday-Friday we have school run at 8.30 till about 9.00 (although he usually gets tired from about 8.00, but refuses to fall asleep in the buggy unless its moving) hell sleep in the buggy till we get home then the second we get in the door hes awake. Then school run again at 3.00 till about 3.30, same issue.
Mondays my eldest goes to rainbows so have to be in the car at 4.20, home at about 4.40. In the car again at 5.20, home by 5.40.
Wednesdays we have swimming so i drive to do school run, so in the car at 3.00. Get there at about 4 and we have to get out the car and are there till about 5.20ish (will be awake the whole time were there) get in the car and get home for about 6ish maybe.
Then we have baby group on fridays at 10 -11, its about a 10 min walk away from my house so i usually do school run and then just keep walking until 10 so he can get some sleep before we go in but im open to other suggestions?
What do i do?
