What on earth do I do?? Always slept well, went through, would go down by himself and go off to sleep. Just before Christmas this stopped and he needed us there. Fine, thought a bit of separation anxiety? Then started waking through the night and it's just got worse and worse. What do I do? Employ a sleep trainer? He's waking up to five times in the night and wants me to there to fall back to sleep or there's loads of crying!!
