4 month sleep regression

Hi.
My daughter is 15 weeks so not quite 4 months but I feel she might be having the 4 month sleep regression already?!
I put her down between 8-9pm but for the last few nights she wakes crying every 45mins-1hour like clockwork until 6-7am and will only settle if I feed her. We're really trying to avoid co-sleeping to avoid the battle later/ because our bed is only a double. But these past few nights she's spent more time being fed/ settled in bed with us than she's spent in her own bed! Anyone else had their sleep regression a bit early and anyone got any tips to get through it? I'm just glad I'm not working right now!

Ours started at 15 weeks too. For a while we tried to cope and keep putting him down in his cot but eventually just had to cosleep. He slept a much better like that and I didn’t have to get up and wake fully for every wake up. We bedshared until 9 months! He’s now in a floor bed so I can still lie down and nurse him to sleep, and if needed stay for the night (like last night when he was up every 30 minutes so it was just easier to stay)

Id say just do what you must and you can transition later. It’ll be a smaller battle than right now.
