Hi, I know all children are different but would love to know your nap schedule for your 14 month old! Timings and how long for each nap and bedtime please. I haven’t found the winning combo yet!! :( thanks x

By this age I'd expect just 1 longer nap, starting around 12- 12.30 for a couple 9f hours. Occasionally need a catnap at 9.30ish if a distruped night. Means an early lunch for a while at 11.30/12ish so either no am snack or very small one.
CM here & this has worked for many children over the yrs. By around 2 &1/2 the nap length will reduce naturally with most dropping naps by around 3yrs old , also able to manage a more normal lunch time by then. Bedtime usually around 7ish.
However all children are different & also this might not meet the routine of your family life so need to be flexible with what works best for all of you.

Brilliant - thanks so much everyone .
My daughter dropped to one nap at 12 months but my son doesn’t seem ready for it yet at 14 mths - he’s in the awkward transition phase - so if I don’t cap his morning nap, the second nap is too late! 😵‍💫
