My breastfed baby girl (17wks) was in a decent routine and would sleep 3/4 hrs at a time overnight and just wake for a small feed. For around 2 weeks she's been waking up every 1.5-2 hours and I am exhausted. Please tell me it's going to end soon.

We have a next to me crib, use an arms up swaddle (her fave) and white noise machine. I don't think there's anything we can do I think it's just developmental and we have to wait it out. But I am so tired. Just looking for some support or reassurance

It will get better! Then worse again, and then better, rinse and repeat for the first year! I started bedsharing after the 4 month regression as that was the best way for us both to get more sleep. He still woke frequently but I didn't have to get out of bed to settle him. He's now 9 months and since 4 months we have had some better periods and some worse. Currently going through the worst sleep he's ever had, but I know it's normal and typical for this age specifically.

This has helped a ton with acceptance and understanding that 1) it's normal 2) it's likely to improve within a month now and 3) I don't need to do anything but support him and survive

As above. It will get better but probably worse again. A lot of children sleep very fitfully for the first few years of life. My 2year old was awake three times in the night and then up for the day at 5am. You will get a bit more used to it. If I get a 5 hour stretch now I feel pretty good
