Help my 23 week old won't nap on her own only with me how do I break this cycle??

Sounds like she's almost six months so your answer is some form of sleep training.

Babies don't have the ability to stay up forever, so she can and will certainly sleep by herself, it just depends on whether you can stomach the protests / cries inbetween.
