My little girl is 6 months old. She has always had short 30 minute naps which have just seemed to work for her. Up until a week ago she would have 4 naps and a bedtime between 7:30/8pm. However, we have started to not being able to fit in that final nap as her awake windows have lengthened to sometimes 3 hours.
Problem being now she is only having 3 30 minute naps!! I brought her bedtime forward to 6/6:30 depending when her final nap would end but putting her down earlier is now causing problems at night. She just doesn't seem tired enough to get her through to the morning.
There is nothing online that helps with this other than nap training to get longer stretches which really doesn't work.
Has anyone else had this problem???
