Sleep consultant recommendation - help please, hanging on by a thread!

I am looking for sleep consultant recommendations please - gentle methods as I don't want to do cry it out etc.

Baby is 6 months old and wakes every 45 mins without fail. She used to sleep 8-4 or 8-5 til she hit 3.5 months and since then sleep has been horrendous. We Co-sleep and that does not help. I go back to work in April and I'm really worried about how I'm going to function.

Thanks

Try Sleepymoonbabe or Littlenestsleep, both on Instagram.

Best of luck 💐

It's a long time ago for me, but I found Elizabeth Pantley 'The No Cry Sleep Solution' really helpful as an alternative to cry it out.

@wishuponastar1988 Did you end up hiring a sleep consultant or sleep training? Is sleep better now? In the same sleep deprived boat and DS is 5 months x

No I didn't hire one but I did switch from feeding to sleep to rocking/patting. I did this gradually for daytime naps and then moved to night times. Sleep very slightly improved but was still awful. Baby is 8 months now and sleep is better (still wakes a few times but settles with my hand on her chest). Hang on in there - it is temporary and does get better x
