We've recently transitioned from a cot to a toddler bed, and at bedtime my LO just will not stay in his bed! My LO is just over 2.
He just wants to climb out and run around his room for hours! This then means when he does eventually go to sleep he wakes up exhausted the next day as he's had less sleep than usual. Doesn't nap either (hasn't in months and copes fine).
Any tips to get him to stay in his bed at bedtime please? I have to stay in the room with him until he's asleep or else he screams so can't just leave him to it.
