I found an app called calm and have been listening to the sleep stories and it had helped. Does anyone use anything similar they can recommend ? Thanks

I like Sleep With Me podcast- the host has a very boring, meandering quality, I listen to it so frequently that I have a Pavlovian reaction to the theme tune now.

I have the Balance App (it was free for a year which may still be available) and they have sleep meditations and sounds, similar to Calm.

Sleepiest - I have the app, it’s a mixture of stories, meditations, this app has really improved my sleeping. £29.99 a year but I think they have some free content to try.

Does it switch off after a certain time ?

I like the Headspace sleepstories.

Yes. The stories and meditations are limited time so anything from 15 mins to I think around maybe 45 mins - I never get that far as I’m normally fast asleep before the end.
