Help!
I was at 2 feeds a night with my 5 month old, despite giving him bedtime porridge and a feed before bed he’s gone back to waking up every 2 hours for a feed but refuses any more than 4 oz each feed!

any tips/advice gratefully received!!

Sounds like he needs more solid food.

He needs some actual food, I think. Try giving him some proper meal (obviously, no salt) and filling him up throughout the day. Before anyone says babies need to be 6 months old before they're weaned - I brought up 2 children and gave them pureed fruit/veg as well as cereals, rusks, eggs, and blended meat/fish, from the age of 6 WEEKS. They're both over 6ft tall now and healthy men.
