DS is 7.5 months. A total darling but still wakes a lot in the night. Which I know is totally normal but I’ve got a lot going on and I’m really struggling with the lack of sleep. It’s also triggered my PND. So really would like to get some help.
DS has a really solid day routine, three solid meals, currently combi fed as I’m slowly stopping BF so getting plenty of milk. Can self settle and has done some nights where he’s only woke twice. We’ve tried all sorts of things (just chill mama course, Lucy Wolfe) but wonder if a sleep consultant would work.
has anyone had any success and would recommend?
