Having a nightmare, my little boy will not sleep on his back so all naps have been contact naps and we co sleep at night time.
I couple of naps I have put him on his front and watched him and he sleeps fine but I know it’s not what is safe and recommended.
find I have no time in the day to do anything or i spend the time he is awake rushing round and then feel guilty for not playing with him. I also have a 3 year old so the days she is not at pre school is hard as his naps are on me so can’t do much with her.

any advice?

Has this issue and eventually trialled putting DC on the front. Was like a different baby. Haven't looked back. We did this at circa 8weeks when DC was able to hold their head up with their arms.

There's a lot of fear mongering with front sleeping imo

Yeah that’s what I’m worried about cos he will sleep on his front so today I have put him on his front but stayed with him to make sure he is ok.
he is nearly 14 weeks now and is really strong but I do worry so leaving him on his front would be hard as I would feel so bad if something was to happen but it is really hard to have a baby who doesn’t sleep unless being held 😩😩😩😩

You could try rolling up a cellular blanket and putting him on his side with the cellular blanket tucked up next to him (as well as blankets over him)?
