8 month old banging into cot bars

DD2 is 8 months and is waking up so frequently at night (sometimes every half an hour or so) because she is rotating round in her sleep and banging her head into the cot bars. She's in a sleeping bag but is just so mobile! Is there anything at all we can do, I'm going spare with it. Will she grow out of it?

My daughter does this and we brought cot mesh bumper on amazon and helped my daughter. you can buy the padded bumpers that go in and out the hard but i didn't like the idea for my daughter incase she slept facing into it.
