Transition to single bed

Moved our nearly 4 year old from cot to single bed 3 weeks ago. Previously bedtime was relatively painless. Since she moved it is horrendous. She just will not stay in bed & our evening now consists of running up & down the stairs to put her back up bed.
Ive tried reward system, letting her read a few books on her own in bed but they’ve not either & I’m lost & very drained from having my evening taken over with this.
Anyone got any bedtime strategies to get her to stay in bed? Or is this a phase that will eventually pass?
I feel like I want to get the cot back out…

Bumping as bedtimes are getting even worse 😫

Consistently put back in bed each time with minimal interaction.

Since a reward chart doesn’t work then I’d say time to take away something she likes when she doesn’t stay in bed. So for example, if she doesn’t stay in bed then no treats the next day. At age four she’s old enough to understand consequences. After one or two days she’ll get the message.
