When does your 4yo go to bed and wake?

My son goes to sleep for 730 and wakes at 545. He also usually wakes in the night at least once or twice. How about yours? Seems even when I go to bed early, I am still not happy to be woken this early and also in the night!

This is an improvement as he used to sleep alot less!

Bedtime is 7 o clock, she usually wakes any time between 6 and 7. She never really wakes in the night unless she's had a bad dream, which is rare. However, if she has a later night for any reason she still wakes up at the same time and ends up grumpy and tired the next day so we avoid that if can.

Mine does bed for half 7, asleep by 8. Then awake from around 7:30- 8am. Only wakes if needs a wee or the odd occasion if she is scared

Mine is asleep 6.30-7 most nights, only waking if he's unwell or is wet. Like tonight. He'll sleep through to anywhere from 5 until 7am. Going to bed later doesn't extend his waking up time so we've stuck with the early night.

Asleep by 8pm, wakes up anywhere between 6-8, but she isn't allowed to wake us until 7:30 when the sun comes out on gro clock. She usually plays on her kindle in her bed.

Usully 2 wke ups,1 for a wee and 1 to judt be tucked back in

My son is a bit different, despite a solid bedtime routine 9pm is the earliest he will sleep. (He has always had complex febrile seizures and I think we're on the brink of an epilepsy diagnosis which probably explains this)

He's always been low sleep needs, accepting that has helped. What helped me accept that is having my now 1 yr old who is normal sleep needs. The same bedtime routine has her asleep for 7.39 for 12 hours with brief wake ups.

So my son will sleep 9-7ish. We've managed to mess about with it before and got him 8.30 to 6.30 but settling to sleep is very difficult for him. As such I've accepted the late bedtime because he finally sleeps through since turning 3 and us accepting his natural sleep times

Bedtime around 7pm, wakes up any time between 5.30-6.30am

Mine usually does 7-7. The gro clock goes on at 7am and if she wakes up beforehand she is allowed to play quietly in her room. She rarely does though. Occasionally wakes in the night if she has a bad dream

Mine is 3.5 not 4 but goes to bed at 7 and wakes between 6:30-07:00
