DD hasn’t slept in her crib or Moses basket since she was 4 weeks old, now she’s 13 weeks.
No matter, and I mean NO MATTER what we do she will not sleep in it. We’ve tried:
putting her down asleep, awake and drowsy. We’ve tried warming the mattress, using a T-shirt of mine, white noise, pink noise, tilting the crib, rocking the crib, the rockit, pausing her in her pram (works outside no inside). We’ve tried putting her down slowly, though n her side, while she’s still close to us, in the pitch black, picking her up soothing her then putting her back down.
help?!!!!
she contact naps in the day and I get 0 things done because even if she’s in the carrier or sling she knows when you sit down or stop moving. At night we bed she and she’s on the boob all night cos that’s how I get her to sleep (I’ve tried leaving the bed, she wakes up)
im waiting for her to learn to drop off by herself in hopes that will solve it but no luck so far. She also won’t take a dummy which I feel would help.
suggestions?
