Our little one seems to be struggling to link together his sleep cycles during the night.

We have adopted a night-time routine which consists of a bath, change and bottle before bed at 6.40 - 7pm. Generally speaking, he settles well after this and I can put him down without a fuss. Following this, I dream feed him at 10pm, then put him back down which usually doesn't create too much fuss.

Unfortunately, he then proceeds to wake up every 2.5hrs starting from 12.30 - 1am. Sometimes he settles well, other times he is wide awake for 1 hour or more. Unfortunately, I'm still struggling without being able to sleep for any decent stretch of time.

We have an app that we use to monitor sleeps and feeds throughout the day which has been really useful.

From what I read this is something that should pass in its own time. Has anyone got any advice for how I may be able to extend his sleeps? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

No advice but just wanted to say we're in exactly the same boat as you. It's really tough isn't it!
I usually give in around 5 and have baby in bed with me (it's just the two of us so plenty of space) and she usually sleeps a lot better and I get a chance to get a few more hours.

I'm really hoping it passes soon. She previously did bed at 7:30, sleepy feed at 3am and then maybe another feed around 5 before we got up for the day. I want that baby back 😂

Sorry to hear that - but nice in a way to know we aren't alone with this.

Same as us, around the 3 month mark he was getting up twice in the night which was very manageable.

Now I feel like I barely get chance to sleep between 1 - 6am.
