Waking up early constantly

Morning everyone. Anyone else struggling to go to sleep at abnormal time and then waking up at stupidly early times?
I've been wide awake since 5am - I just can't seem to fully switch off. I am suffering from a hacking cough and cold after nearly 3 weeks which probably isn't helping. Just thought I'd come on here for a little moan

I wake any thing from 5-7 but I go to bed 930/10. I've always woke early since having kids.

Early to bed for me also. I can wake from 4.30-6, I use this time for myself and quite enjoy it
