10 month old sleeps from 2am to 6am, since hospital stay

1o month old used to wake once or twice throughout the night. Had a week long hospital stay and now sleeps between 2am an 5am, regardless or how's he's put down to sleep. Other son was nothing like this. Help

Yes this is all he sleeps, older son slept a lot more at this age. have spoken to some other bf mums and apparently 2nd bf can be like this
