DS3 has always been a bad sleeper but when we moved into our new house in September it ramped up a level and I am BEYOND exhausted.
He seemed to hate his cot so I switched him to a toddler bed in November which seemed to help a bit.. much less crying and he started going down in his bed. But he wakes up multiple times a night and has started having a bottle of milk at one of the wake ups. I can’t put him back because he obviously just gets out!!
He’s got molars coming through so I’m doing calpol which worked 1 night but not the next.
He is generally wide awake at 2am!! And he only wants me.. not DH.
He doesn’t nap well either, has to fall asleep in pushchair and be moved to bed.
I’m considering getting a proper cot back and leaving him to cry although I tried that before when he had one and he just made himself sick.
Any magic advise?
