My first born is 15 months and has slept generally 7-7 for 5+ months
We went through a blissful stage of her self settling at bedtime around 12 months, then the dreaded back teeth came through and it all went to pot
She is now battling with her canines, the last 10 days or so has been a struggle with her pain mostly from 5pm onwards when she gets tired and we’re slowing down for bedtime
So bedtime now consists of a bottle and a rock to sleep. Last night it took an hour for her to drop off.
Just wondering what the best plan of action once the teeth are finally through, to get back to self settle. I’m putting off trying to be honest, as I would prefer an easier bedtime than a long drawn out one…
any top tips/tricks??
