4 month old sleep questions...

My Ds is 4 months old he was born 8 weeks premature but nearly caught up weight wise.

This is my second baby but my daughter is 8 so I'm a bit out of practice with it all

My son was a terrible sleeper once we got him out of NICU due to reflux and other issues with his digestive system- until recently he now sleeps from 10pm until around 6 has a feed and then sleeps until sometimes 9 -10am! It's very strange as his sleep was so bad only a few weeks ago.

Now the Christmas break is over I need to get up and get my daughter to school but this would mean waking him and messing up this routine hes made for himself..

So my question is, is he sleeping too much? How can I adjust timings without causing the sleepless nights to come back 😪

He naps in the day frequently but in short 30 min bursts and is usually quite annoyed by 8pm but won't go to bed until 10

Any advice ?

No advice I'm afraid, except we're in a similar boat. I'm just thinking I'll have to wake up the baby, she'll just have to sleep on the school run and hopefully timings will adjust themselves. It is hard though when you have found a nice little routine. Will your lo sleep on the school run?
