Sleepyhead safe to sleep in over night?

I have a sleepyhead deluxe pod... now called dock a Tok..
My first son slept in this at night till about 4/5months then went in his own room in the cot...
My new baby is sleeping in the but the midwife told it was now unsafe and they want them banned ...

They aren't safe for supervised sleep. Babies have sadly died having daytime naps.

They are unsafe for sleeping and are not recommended.

It is not now unsafe but has always been unsafe. The guidance is a clear cot in the same room as you.
