Wake windows

At what age did you stop going by wake windows and have a consistent bedtime? I try and do 4.5 hours after DD wakes from her nap, but am I better off just sticking to 7.30 bedtime for example to get her to be more consistent.

Shes gone from sleeping through 7.30-7.30 ish to being awake ages during the night and up at 5am. Just wondering if a set bed time would help

What is a wake window?

It's the length of time a baby or child can stay awake after waking without being tired and changes as they grow. So as a new born it's 30 to 45 mins by five months it's 2 hours and so on.
