just wanted to say that i bought my dd (3.9yrs) a cd to listen to in bed at night. she has always listened to bedtime music but the last few months she has been nightmare at bedtime.

someone on an unrelated thread suggested child meditation cd, so i bought one and its absolutely bloody marvellous, she is asleep every night within half an hour.

there are lots of different ones, ebay, amazon etc. mine is by a company called relax kids and they do them in lots of different characters for girls and boys (dd has princess one)

just wanted to pass on this recommendation because its been a godsend for me.

Totally agree! I saw them on dragons den and kept a look out for their products. I bought one called self esteem and both my kids (joseph and rachel twins age4) listen to it. I was concerned because they were really quiet and was worried about when they started school but their confidence has grown and their teacher commented on how well they have been making friends etc.

Maybe i will try the princess one then for rachel and see if there is one for boys so they can have their own individual one for christmas.
