Three naps

DD is eight months and her sleep has got really poor. I think the problem is that she’s still on three naps but we’ve got into a pattern where she wakes so much in the night she catches up during the day and I’m not sure how to break the cycle. She has her first nap 9.30-10 then naps 1-2.30 or possibly 3 but can’t last until bed time so naps again at 5.30/6! Then she will go to sleep again at 8.30/9 which would be fine but she’s started waking so much in the night and I think it’s because she hasn’t had a long enough wake window before bed. If I try and remove the nap and put her down at 6.30/7 she just naps and the whole thing is pushed back later. Any advice greatly welcomed!
