Hi, my 12m old has stopped self settling. Waking numerous times a night and naps/bedtime a nightmare unless a nursery day where shes knackered when home!
according to wonder weeks we are nearly the end of leap 8..could it be this causing it!? I’m knackered, have a constant headache and wish will improve asap!!
any advice greatly appreciated
