12 month sleep regression!?

Hi!

is there a 12 month sleep regression? My little girl sleeps in her own bedroom and sleeps through the night since she was 6 months old and we’ve never had a problem.

The past 3 nights she’s been going to bed at 6:30/7 sleeping until 10 then is awake and full of energy until 2am!

We bring her down let her have some time in bed with us then take her back up and she just cries as soon as she’s laid in her cot. She’ll go to sleep in my arms but as soon as I go to lay her down she stiffens up and cries.

She turned 1 a month ago.

Sorry I can’t help much, just here to say I hope there is a 12 month sleep regression as I’m having a few issues with my daughters sleep too. She turned 1 a month ago too and she’s started staying up really late at night. At first I thought it might be to do with switching to cows milk? As at times she wants to go to sleep but she’s twisting a lot, at other times she plays like she’s not tired at all.

@Stephaneey

Yes! I've heard apparently cows milk can make a difference but my little one doesn't have too much of it as she has dream feed on a night and a bottle on a morning
