5 month old waking same time but not actually awake

Just this really

she’s 5 months old. The last 4 nights has woken up at the same time. THE EXACT same time weirdly, and screamed hysterically. A scream she’s never made before. When I look at her, she’s not actually fully awake. There’s no consoling her at all. It’s like she’s still asleep. I managed to rock her back to sleep after quite a struggle.
is this night terrors ? So strange that it’s the same time.
she goes to bed the same time and has done since birth really. Between 6pm and 7pm. She can’t stay up any later then this because she’s shattered.

any advice ?
thanks

Just seeing this.
thanks for responding to my other message too. I must sound like a total manic mum with two kids going through different changes and looking for answers haha.

well, she’s stopped the random screaming through the night and now just waking around 1am. She won’t settle u less in with me which I don’t mind. Then wakes at 4 for a bottle and then won’t go to bed herself. Want in with me. Again, happy to do so but I am knackered as I can’t slee when she’s beside me.

hoping it’s just yet another wee phase and once her room is done we can get her in there and start another routine.

im glad the random wakings have stopped. That wasn’t nice to hear her so upset but being asleep. So strange. Maybe her teeth giving her bother or something
