Help with 12 month olds split nights

Hi everyone

My 12 month old has always been a bad sleeper but recently has improved dramatically with only one waking - however the one wake up can be 1-1.5 hours long

Her current routine

6.30 - 7.30 Wake up
8am Breakfast
10 - 10.30 Nap (30mins normally)
12.30 Lunch
2 - 2.30 Nap (can be 30 mins, can be up to 1.5 hours)
6pm Dinner
7.30 Bed (normally asleep by 8)

Her wakeup is always around 4am - if I bf her at that time it actually makes her more unsettled so don't think it's hunger :/

I've read that split nights are normally caused by too much sleep but she generally does 10 hours at night and maximum of 2 hours daytime sleep which to me doesn't seem like too much?

Thanks in advance

My 10 month old does this:

6.30-7.00 wake
9.30-10.00 nap (wake at 30 mins if still sleeping)
12.30-14.30 nap (wake at 2 hours if still sleeping)
6.30 bed.

He sleeps 2.5 hours during the day and about 12 over night. His morning nap will reduce to 15/20 mins the closer he gets to 12/15 months old.

I did the exact same routine for my first too. Definitely works.

They need a clear 4/4.5 hours awake time between last nap and bedtime, especially at 1 years old

Her nap is late. Try a nap at 1pm.

Thanks so much for your help! Will try bringing the naps forward :)
