My little boy has just turned 11 months old. For the past week or so he's been fighting both morning and afternoon nap. The past few days he's completely skipped the afternoon nap and only napped 20/30 mins the whole day (in the morning) He goes to bed around 7/730 and doesn't sleep through the night. He wakes anywhere from 1-4 times and is up about 630/7ish. He breast feeds and co sleeps. He's full of beans and a very active boy.
Is it ready to try and drop to one nap? How should I do it?
So until the past couple of weeks he would have 2 naps , one at 10 and one at 2 (roughly) and they would both last about 1.5 hours, sometimes 2.
Help!!

My eldest dropped his morning nap the day he turned 1. Would you prefer him to have an afternoon or a morning nap? I think afternoon is most common. If he's not too tired in the morning, I'd give him an early lunch (11.30am) and try to get him down for noon. Initially it might be worth just letting him have as long as he wants, as he might be quite tired with the change. If it starts affecting his bedtime you might want to wake him around 3pm speaks the mum of an almost 2yo who's been asleep for almost 4 hours as we speak

DD1 dropped to 1 nap at 10 months and would sleep 11-1. I’d do a snack around 10 and lunch when she woke up

We had this. So we did it differently as 2 complete naps too much one wasn't enough for our lo, we ended up with overtired lo.

Nap in morning 930am till 1015am. 1/130pm anytime up to 330pm. Maybe 4pm. Depends on day bed 730pm to 8pm. Then as time went on we cut the morning nap and Brought afternoon nap forward. By 15 months we were on 10 to 15mins in morning then 1230/1245 sleep up at 3pm.
