Letting 11 month old sleep in our bed

I was just looking for some advice, my LO has just turned 11 months and some nights wakes up screaming and refusing to sleep in her own bed. We are so tired we let her have a few hours in the night in our bed whilst we sleep. She sleeps with her feet by our faces so she isn't near our pillows and is on top of the duvet. Is this unsafe? I have read that over 12 months is safe but some nights, she really won't settle in her cot and screams when we both have work the next day :/

Cosleeping has saved me with my 9 month old. In her cot she wakes every 40 mins. In our bed it’s every couple of hours for a quick feed and cuddle then back to sleep which is a lot more manageable. Have a look at safe sleep 7 guidelines to keep things as safe as you can Safe sleep 7

We co sleep and have done for months. It's not unsafe if followed safe sleep 7. Please look these up. Xx
