For the past few nights my 8 month old will only sleep on me.
Normally put him to bed at 7:30pm and he will wake every couple of hours but I don’t really mind it because he would settle back to sleep very quickly.
Now he is waking every 30 minutes and not settling. The only way he will stay asleep is if I hold him. I don’t mind doing this in the short term but obviously want him to not need me to.
anyone know what this could be??
oh and he doesn’t wake up every half hour if I’m holding him. Only when he’s in his cot.
