DS is 4.5 months old and has only ever napped on me. We are on day 5 of trying to get him to nap in the cot - using pick up put down.
Some naps are better than others and we haven’t managed longer than 45 mins yet!
He generally settles after 15 minutes or so with a few pick ups, but has woke frequently a couple of times too.
Any tips welcome, or just moral support from anyone going through the same thing 😊
