How to stop post clock change early rises

I'm so tired 😭 18mo DS has never slept through the night. I'm still BFing and we cosleep if that's relevant. He wakes between 2-6 times a night for a quick feed then goes straight back to sleep, so this is the best way for us to all get sleep.

Thought I'd nailed the clocks going back, we had gradually later naps and bedtime for a week before. He was in a great 7-7 routine. Since the clocks went back he's up at 5.30/6. Bedtime is still at 7, but he's napping earlier and exhausted by 6/6.30 so bath and bedtime is a nightmare. Any advice?

Have you tried keeping him up til midday for his nap?

Also if you do want him to wake less in the night have you considered not feeding him in the night. I'm sure it would put you to 0-2 wakeups rather than 2-6.

Hope you get some rest soon.
