Posting to see if anyone has any advice I could try please.
3 kids - 4 yo, 2 yo, 7 months
4 year old good sleeper and baby is in own room and would be a good sleeper if his sister didn’t wake him
2 yo only ever slept max 8pm to 6am. Recently started jumping out of cot so had to move to bed with rail. At bedtime I sit beside the bed and do not talk, toddler falls asleep after about 20 mins. Then wakes anywhere between 1 and 3 times each night. If baby is asleep then I can take toddler back to room and put her back to sleep quite well. But when both are awake it’s so stressful and two year old will not go back to sleep. Due to having a small baby I bf, I had to take toddler into my bed and now have created a lot of bad habits.
Back to work soon and toddler is wakening at 5.30am and wakening the whole house. I know she is going through big changes with new baby, new bed, a lot of new words and I suspect molars on the way , but this wakening of the house can’t continue I need to get it sorted before back to work.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
