Daytime naps

Not sure if I should be worried or complaining right now as sleep during the night is no issue at all (had a few bumpy nights this last few weeks- but think we're out of the 4month sleep regression in the night). It's just daytime naps, DS has to be cuddled, rocked and I generally can't put him down. He only sleeps for 30/40min naps and can't seem to string the nap sleep cycles together- but can at night? Generally only naps for a total of 2 hours a day but again if he sleeps at night should I be trying to fix this? Also have another DS so not having too much of a routine in the day for him helps as we can come and go throughout the day.

Completely normal. Nothing to worry about, especially as it seems to work for your family. At some point he’ll develop the ability to link and change. Go with the flow 🙂
