My little boy just turned 10 months last week. He's crawling and cruising, got 6 teeth and wasn't doing too bad with his eating.

It feels like we've took 10 steps back since he hit 10 months.

He's not napping much during the day which I think is normal and he's not sleeping at night either. He's so tierd but it's like he can't drop off and stay asleep.

He's overtired and grumpy in the morning, completely off his food, will have a few spoons of food and shove a few pieces in but that's it. He's gone back onto wanting more of his bottle.

I'm really worried, is this OK? Do we need to ride it out or is there anything I can do to help? Bath products? More fresh air etc?

It doesn't help his routine has changed due to half term and my children off school.

Help!

Has baby been better now older siblings are back at school?

If not, I'd have a strong focus on sleep - making all naps earlier, adding in movement to help naps be longer and offer feeds in the night to improve night sleep. The idea is to offer a 1-2 week 'reset' by focusing very narrowly on getting morr sleep. This then effects a longer tern routine change.
