over the last week my 9 week old has started to wake at 3am. She grunt and gurgles with lots of movement until she cries awake. I can settle her back down with a dummy and white noise but think she is waking due to her cortisol/melatonin levels as she usually wakes fully at 6am.
what can I do to help her to get past the 3am wake? The room is pitch black and quiet until she starts waking! Any suggestions welcome.
